Kaara Saaram Claypot Klang

First time trying this, and I should say my whole family was impressed. We ordered 3 pax mutton thiruvizha sappadu - the mutton curry is super delicious, huge portion easily could feed 5 person, the mutton is fleshy, not filled with just fats n bones, 1 chickenprawn satti soru - the prawns size were big and fresh! , Chicken 65 - was decent.I would like to differ to those who said the price is expensive, I find it very reasonable, the portion is huge, fresh ingridients and yes they charge for any add ons which is the same at any restaurants. The place though crowded since it's spacious and clean it still gives you a pleasant environment to dine in.Drinks were decent, most importantly it's clean cups, not overly sweet drinks, done rightly. The mooru ice was really good.

One of the Indian restaurants in Klang that serves delicious Indian food at a reasonable price. Great customer service and atmosphere. Staffs are friendly and helpful, they can speak English. Ample of parking outside the shop. I like their Claypot Chicken and Mutton Rice. Give it a try.

We went at night. Parking was easy to get. Ambience was nice. Food serving was generous. Tried chicken and squid but squid was abit on the chewy side. Will definitely return again for the prawn and mutton sattisorru. …

My first time visiting ...crowded ....after 2pm still many people dining in.Had a 2 person Clay Pot Lamb....RM30 and the portion is big enough to feed more than 3 pax !!I was so shocked to watch it as they laid the banana leaf with mountain of rice on it and big pot of clay pot lamb being poured over the rice....piping hot....but what a satisfying meal.Definitely will come again but next time I won't be ordering this 2 pax meal, portion is too much for me to handle

This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant . The food really tasty...I like the Claypot chicken rice and tiruvila saapadu...k now the main point...u all can trust this restaurant boss and include staff...on tht day I loss my daughter chain with locket aftr i tk lunch and already back homesuddenly i realise tht my daughter neck don't hv the chain.and i check all the place tht I visit...and lastly I'm going this restaurant, actually the staff all waiting for me..they say the chain under the table, on of the staff found and pass to boss,the boss keep in locker.omg tht time my feeling solla vaartai illai.....tq to univers and tq to all the kaara saaram staff ...I'm really appreciated u all...great restaurant, great food,great boss and great staff...God bless u all always

Tried their chicken and mutton claypot. Tastier now than previous franchise. Variety of new choices in the menu. Nice environment and packed during weekends. Boneless chicken 65 is another masterpiece. Worth to come and give a try.

Heard a lot about this restaurant via radio announcements, so I decided to give it a try. Food tastes ok. Being a vegetarian, I have limited options to choose from, but the vegetarian fish claypot rice that I chose did not disappoint me. Although it was pretty spicy, the food tasted authentic. Good place for a weekend family feast. There are a lot of choices for non-vegetarians, including Indian style shell-out.This restaurant should probably opt for more environmentally friendly options for shell-out and covers below the banana leaf. Currently, they are using disposable plastic sheets to lay the banana leaf. Imagine how much plastic sheets are thrown away in a day if the restaurant receives an average of 100-200 customers/day.
